4.4 Direct Engagement: Any engagement with an accountant found through our platform is a direct contractual relationship between you and that accountant. Numiii is not a party to such agreements.

5.1 Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your services, qualifications, professional memberships, pricing, and capacity. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.

5.2 Professional Standards: You confirm that you hold all necessary qualifications, licences, and professional indemnity insurance required to provide accounting services in the UK.

5.3 Regulatory Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including those set by ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, AAT, and other relevant bodies.

5.4 Capacity Updates: You agree to keep your capacity and availability information current to ensure accurate matching with potential clients.

6.1 AI-Powered Matching: Our platform uses artificial intelligence to process your requirements and match businesses with suitable accountants. You consent to the use of AI for this purpose.

6.2 Chat Data: Conversations with our AI chat assistant may be stored to improve our services and provide relevant matches. We do not share detailed personal information with accountants without your consent to connect.

6.3 Data Protection: We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8.1 Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Numiii and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
